Abokor holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from Gahayr University and possesses multiple diplomas in construction management, including specialties in cost estimation and quantity surveying. With more than 32 years of extensive experience spanning all areas of civil engineering—such as public infrastructure, roads and transportation, water systems, and structural engineering—he has played a key role in the designing, execution, and supervision of major construction projects across various regions of Somaliland.

Idiris holds an MSc in Civil Engineering from Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Gollis University. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Construction Management, with a focus on public construction management. He brings over a decade of experience in planning and overseeing large-scale construction projects across Somaliland. His portfolio includes significant contributions to the development of numerous institutional buildings, notably the office complexes for the Ministry of Interior and the Ministry of Planning in Somaliland.

He has played a key role in managing finances for numerous construction projects across Somaliland, both with Creative and previous construction firms. Mr. Hamadi holds a Bachelor of Science in Surveying, complemented by multiple certifications in land surveying. Ms. Hodo Omar Haibe holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and Management and brings nearly 10 years of experience in environmental consulting, policy development, and impact assessment. She has deep expertise in Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and environmental management policies, particularly within the construction and engineering sector in Somaliland. Her work has involved developing and overseeing health, safety and environmental programs to ensure regulatory compliance and sustainable operations.

Dr. Abdikani Abdillahi holds a Master’s degree in Epidemiology and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. With over 15 years of experience in health and safety, he has developed and implemented occupational health protocols, safety guidelines, and risk mitigation frameworks across numerous construction and industrial sites. His strong background in public health, combined with hands-on safety supervision, allows him to effectively bridge the gap between health science and practical field safety. Dr. Abdikani plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all company projects adhere to the highest health and safety standards, contributing to the well-being of both staff and surrounding communities.
